Job Title: Executive Secretary (Female Arabic Speaker Preferred)
Role Overview:
The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, prior experience in the construction industry, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle, screen, and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and business documents
Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for easy document retrieval
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal/external events
Record meeting minutes and ensure accurate documentation and follow-ups
Monitor and manage office supplies and administrative requirements
Draft routine communications and professional correspondence
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, reports, and official documents
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management
