Our client is a well-known property developer, they are inviting a high calibre candidate for the following vacancy:

Executive Secretary

Responsibilities:

Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in business activities and personal matters
Handle confidential and professional documents
Draft English and Chinese business correspondences in a professional manner
Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in any discipline
Minimum 4 years' secretarial experience
Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Immediately available would be an advantage
