Job Description

Job Purpose

Provide secretarial support to Group Head and assist in the general management of day-to-day affairs of the GH’s office and efficiently carry out job assignments.

Key Result Areas

Executive & Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the GH of Retail Banking.

Manage calendars, appointments and meeting schedules.

Business Travel assistance – Visa, flight and hotel bookings

Handle GH reimbursements/claims and Team Expense in compliance with the policy.

Raise Vendor Invoices through Oracle Fusion Procurement System

Communication & Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact between the GH and Division Heads.

Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion.

Documentation & Records Management

Maintain and organize confidential documents, files, and records in compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.

Workshop & Event Management

Organize Townhalls, workshops, and internal events.

Coordinate logistics including meeting rooms, catering, and vendor arrangements.

Compliance & Confidentiality

Handle sensitive customer, financial, and business information with strict confidentiality.

Ensure administrative processes align with internal bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Administrative Assistant in banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command over English.
  • Experience handling senior level executives and confidential information
