Job Description

• Work with Sales Manager in fulfilling the actions required form point of contact till successful delivery of aircraft engine

• Coordinate with customers and internal operations department to ensure contractual requirements and any additional service requirements are fulfilled during the aircraft engine shop visit
• Monitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aircraft engine to customers
• Manage cost of aircraft engine shop visit within the projected budget
• Ascertain accurate and timely invoicing to customers for services rendered and manage their outstanding credit
• Resolve customer concerns/issues through effective communication and clarifications
• Occasional overseas travel might be required
