As an Executive Sales Consultant, you are the face of that experience.

You’ll work with discerning clients, guide high-value purchase decisions, and build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business. This is a role for professionals who value preparation, follow-through, and doing the right thing for the guest—every time

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the full client experience—from first contact to delivery and beyond:

  • Guide clients through Audi and Volkswagen product offerings with clarity and confidence
  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with speed, professionalism, and consistency
  • Build trust through needs-based conversations, not pressure
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up using CRM tools to ensure no opportunity is missed
  • Deliver seamless handoffs to Finance and Delivery teams
  • Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and market trends
  • Consistently perform against key standards:
    • Units sold
    • Gross profit per vehicle
    • Customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS)
    • CRM follow-up compliance

This is a performance role built on discipline and consistency

What It Takes

Required

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, client-first approach
  • High level of organization and follow-through
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred

  • Automotive sales experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other import/luxury brands)
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or high-touch client environments
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • CRM experience (Dealertrack, Reynolds, VinSolutions, etc.)
