Job Responsibilities

• Delivering sales training programs to enhance the capabilities of company and distributor sales teams.
• Identifying training needs through field observations and performance assessments.
• Supporting the development of sales, execution, and customer management skills.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Preparing training reports and providing insights on team development and performance.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel extensively, as this role requires approximately 90% field-based work.
• An interest in sales operations, field sales processes, training, and people development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage. However, fresh graduates with a passion for learning and development are encouraged to apply.
