SALES EXECUTIVE (EXPRESS COURIER)
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain an existing portfolio of customers through regular follow-ups and sales calls.
Secure new business opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.
Handle customer inquiries, reservations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Track sales pipeline and report progress to management.
Candidate Profile
Ordinary Level or equivalent educational qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field
Excellent command of English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and excellent e-mail writing skills.
