Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking an Executive Receptionist a to join our stellar team in Newark New Jersey.

THIS IS A 1-MONTH CONTRACT

Work-Mode: Able to work onsite at Newark, NJ office location, Mon – Friday (8 – 5pm)

Responsibilities:

Maintain the calendars of Executive Suite conference rooms

Schedule meetings in the Executive Suite (food deliveries, room changes, IT setups, etc.)

Field associate requests and questions, in person as well as by phone and email

Safeguard confidential information

Liaise with various departments of the business and building security team regarding safety protocols

Maintain team-oriented relationships with other site Executive Admins and Receptionists to facilitate the needs of the business

Respond professionally with composure to urgent or time-sensitive situations 

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as front desk receptionist, administrative assistant, or related role

Experience managing multiple calendars

Associates degree preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey policies and procedures in a professional manner with both internal associates and external vendors, of all seniority levels

Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly

Time management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day

Hourly range $25-30/hr
