Responsible as Department training coordinator (DTC).
•Responsible for training management activities.
•Responsible to upload training copy of SOP in training software
•Responsible to provide training log of employees in their department as and when required
•Coordinate external trainings across the plant and provide valuable feedback to the trainer.
•Coordinate with other department coordinators for compliance of cross functional training.
•Ensure that the all employees in the organization get adequate training
•Responsible for all training related activities like preparation of SOP, training modules.
•Responsible to view the pending trainings of employees in their department and to organize the training to
ensure its timely completion.
•Perform regular reviews of various department for completion of training file as per the training SOP and
report the non-conformances for its compliances (if any).
•Coordinate cGMP training & ensure each and every individual covered during training without fail.
•Ensure the effectiveness of the trainings imparted and to make constant efforts to improve compliance
•Review all department Training Matrix prepared by respective department head and Training need
Identification after completion of all training.
•Coordinate internal trainings for new joinee and existing employees including SOP related training,
guideline Updation, protocol training as and when required.
•Responsible to assign retraining whenever applicable
•To upload training details with attendance sheet in AIMS as and when they are conducted.
•To co-ordinate for On the Job activities of personnel whose activities could affect the quality of product.
•Tracking on review and current updating of SOPs
•Good documentation recording and updating.
•Responsible for implementation of approved procedures and formats.
•Responsible for control, archival and retrieval of Documents.
•Responsible for the Data Entry, Data Maintenance and Control.
•Responsible for the formatting of all master documents viz, SOPs, Protocols, BMRs, etc.
•Responsible for Issuance, Retrieval, storage of master documents.
•Issuance of Registers/Formats/log books as per their requisition.
•Issuance of Analytical worksheets, LNB as per their requisition.
•Allotment of Batch Number and Issuance of BMR/BPR as per the requisition.
•Responsible for Preparation, review and Implementation of SOPs.
•Distribution and retrieval of all controlled copies of concerned departments upon requisition
B. Pharma or Science Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry
