Purpose of the Job To ensure Total customer satisfaction
Major Responsibilities Carry out UBT audit (Daily).
Collect Process capability data (CTQ monthly)
Carry out Cut tyre analysis (Monthly)
Tyre weight monitoring (Daily)
Finished Product Audit/Report (Daily)
Preparation of PDIR(Daily)
Shift DMRC (Daily)
Co-ordination of customer related activities (when required)
Defence tyre inspection related activities (As & when required)
Capturing/holding/stopping floor abnormalities (Routine)
Exposure to core tools (SPC, MSA etc) ✓
Knowledge about IMS systems ✓
Exposure to cut tyre analysis ✓
Exposure to ATQM techniques ✓
Relevant Experience 1-3 years
Education Qualification(s) BTECH /MSc/ Mechanical/ Polymer
