Your Contribution

• BSc / MSc in Chemistry / Geology
• Upto 7 years of relevant experience in Glass / Ceramic / Pharma/Automobile engineering industry
• Procurement of raw material, packing material & supplier development,
• Good in communication skills, MS Office, SAP

Your Profile

• New Supplier Development for Raw Material including existing supplier improvement.
  • Ready to travel most of days of job.
• Do supplier identification, qualification, evaluation & re-evaluation / audit.
• Handle suppliers claim management and reduce claim year over year.
• Prepare timely MIS.
• To have close co-ordination with cross functional team and able to manage conflicts effectively.
  • To do RFQ generation to vendors, price comparison, prepare price justification sheet/ price increase decrease sheet and release generation of purchase order basis PR / User request and maintain on time availability of material and services as per specification with optimum cost for imports as well as domestic cost.
• To continuously monitor the cost of various products and services to ensure that the goods are cured at the most competitive rates and economical aspects.
• Follow process in accordance with Local & Global purchasing guidelines.
• Carrying out the registration of the suppliers as per the norms and ISO procedures by maintaining healthy relationship with vendors and suppliers.
• To manage dues of vendors and suppliers in the best interest of organization and to facilitate good relations with vendors in co-ordination with finance department.
• Define and achieve focus objective in alignment with supervisor.
• Ready to learn and implement new process as a part of continual improvement.
• Follow Local and Global Vision and Values as defined by the Management.
• Adhere to departmental procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO Systems, GMP, Lean, and EHS standards.
• Perform any other duties or functions assigned from time to time by the Management (Superiors)
