Your Mission
As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:
• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
What You Bring
• Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
• Certifications & Credentials:
◦ Active PERC and FOID licenses
◦ U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
◦ High School Diploma or GED
◦ Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation
◦ Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
• Skills & Attributes:
◦ Command presence and confidence under pressure
◦ Strong written and verbal communication
◦ Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities
◦ Physical readiness and mental resilience
◦ Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience
• Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response
• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
• LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit
• CPR certification
• EMT license
• Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
