What You Need to Do
- Monitor construction progress and provide timely input to align stakeholders according to agreed critical path timelines.
- Ensure construction work is carried out in accordance with agreed quality requirements.
- Ensure construction work progresses according to the finalized BOQ, approved drawings, and budget.
- Coordinate the project handover process with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor defects and rectification of civil-related work items within agreed timelines.
- Recommend improvements to civil specifications after evaluating identified defects.
- Finalize work plans and execution details to ensure construction activities are completed as expected.
- Supervise all civil-related work for special projects, ensuring delivery within agreed cost, quality, and timelines.
What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of building construction functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
