Executive - Production

Job Description

BE chemical with 4 to 5 years DCS and field experience.

• . Experience from industry like specialty chemicals having experience in handling of hazardous chemicals like HF, Chlorine, Bromine, HCl etc. DCS exp is essential
• Achieving the targeted production in each shift.
• Contribute to the planning of work programmes to maximise overall efficiency; and to assist other members of the team as required to carry out the planned work programmes.
• Meeting all the delivery schedules for the products as committed in the Plan.
• Co-ordination with maintenance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and stores/Warehouse functions to ensure compliance to the committed Plan.
• Review of GMP documents like BMR, deviation reports, SOP etc without taking much time.Coordination for product dispatch.Issuance of BMR, BPR and ECR
• Completing analysis of in process samples within the standard time of analysis and communicating to plant once analysis is completed.
• Coordinate with production team during the pre-validation batches and validation batches of new product and technology transfer from lab scale to plant.
• Training the plant personnel on critical steps of new process.
• To continuously interact with service departments to carry out the process in the plant without breakdowns.
• Updating the knowledge of GMP by reading and understanding the SOPs.
• To ensure the safety of co-workers in the plant and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations.
• Manufacture of GMP products with right quality.
• Operation of all sections of the plant, monitoring & control systems, pipelines and metering systems, and mentoring and training of Junior staff in their relevant operations.
• Reporting the Accidents/ incidents and near misses and unsafe conditions to superiors.
