Job Title

Executive-Warehouse

Job Description

• Responsible for receipt and issuance of Raw, Packing and Engineering Materials as per cGMP norms.
• Responsible for storage and issuance related transaction in S4 -HANA -SAP and eWMS system and control of inventor
• Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms.
• Responsible for maximum utilization of manpower and available resources.
• Responsible for Warehouse management in Raw material section

· Responsible for handling Warehouse management-related activities of the warehouse.

· Responsible for physical receipt and storage of Raw material.

· Responsible for the timely preparation of Goods receipt of Raw, Packing.

· Responsible for proper storage of Raw material.

· Responsible for timely and correct material issuance to production for manufacturing.

· Responsible for control of inventory of Raw materials..

· Responsible for disposal of rejected/LRN and Write-off materials and its documentation.

· Responsible for training to staff and workman time to time.

· Responsible for coordinate with Planning/Purchase/QC/Production for minimize inventory of Raw, Packing and Engineering materials to avoid slow moving/non-moving and near-expiry inventory.

· Responsible for collect/ retrieve/preparation of daily records/regular documents and arrangement for submitting the same to QA department after completion.

· Responsible for proper arrangement and storage of material as per need.

· Responsible for any other activity from time to time which his supervisor/company feel appropriate.

· Responsible for warehouse management program.

· Preparation /updating of MIS report as per requirment.

· Training of people for SOP's for best quality of work.

· Follow the GDP and prepare and update the SOP, protocols, reports/ records

· Ensure accurate and timely posting of inventory transactions in S4 HANA and eWMS.
