Position Objectives :

• Assist in planning of production activities by ensuring uninterrupted production and on time delivering to customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for giving inputs for production planning including demand forecasting, production scheduling and ordering of material.
• Responsible for production control like the sequencing of jobs, updating time schedules, etc.,
• Responsible for stock control, quality control, health and safety issues and the maintenance and replacement of production equipment- yield improvements, inventory accuracy of (WIP) 99%, maintain FPY more than 99.5%, and zero incident of product failures.
• Monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed- achieving plan VS actual less than 99%.
• Maintaining on average record of 98% on time delivery over the last three years.
• Ensure all item produced, that are within the control of the operator, and meet quality standards (Properly labeled bags, correct product on a pallets, properly stacked Etc.,) defined within ISO/GMP standards and should maintain a record of last three years.
• Improving productivity as measured by achieving cost per kilo and operating expenses below budgets with an annual record over the last three years- Productivity more than 95%

Record Keeping

• Maintaining record of outputs, operational downtime productivity and all MIS data.
• Maintaining an annual record of all employees receiving required compliances training on safety, AIB, GMP, ISO, etc., over the last year.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ bachelor degree in chemistry with 5-8 years of experience in production industry.
