Job Description

  1. To allocate manpower.
  2. Checking cleanliness of area and machines.
  3. Balance verification
  4. Verification of Raw materials in granulation.
  5. To check and monitor the dispensing, granulation and compression activities in the department as per plan.
  6. To update departmental documents and records.
  7. To give requisition of BMRs to the QA department.
  8. To Update KPIs.
  9. To report incident to Human resources and safety department.
  10. To utilize man, machine and material including natural resources like Electricity, Water, Steam and Compressed air to get higher productivity.
  11. To ensure proper segregation of material, quality of products, cleanliness of machines, walls, flooring, ceiling, windows and scrap area.
  12. To improve product quality and productivity.
  13. To co-ordinate with QA, QC, Stores, HR, IT, EHS and Engg. Department.
  14. To follow Good Manufacturing Practices in the department.
  15. To maintain quality products and maintain quality norms.
  16. Ensuring implementation of effective sanitation and hygiene activities at all the levels.
  17. Ensuring upkeep of area and equipment.
  18. To ensure avoidance of breach of data integrity at all levels.
  19. To ensure compliance to the safety measures.
  20. To ensure the cleaning of riser filters as per SOP.
  21. To ensure that preventive maintenance of the machines done by maintenance department.
  22. To complete monthly production plan.
  23. To do monthly verification of weighing balances.
  24. Ensure use of PPE.
  25. To ensure compliance to Safety Measures. Implementation and Documentation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
  26. To identify & communicate incidents, QEHS non conformities, investigate and take corrective actions on the same.
  27. To ensure work permit system during maintenance activities.
  28. To implement QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor.
  29. To ensure participation and consultation of worker.
  30. To ensure disposal of waste.
  31. Authorized to prevent improper workplace conditions.
  32. Authorized for reporting of Hazards, Incident, and accidents and near miss Reporting.
  33. Authorized to prepare OH&S performance document.
