Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Producer, Commercial Production to lead an established in-house production offering within an advertising agency.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior production leader who enjoys both the creative and business sides of commercial production, leading the team and the work, building strong agency and client relationships, developing directors and talent, and helping grow the production offering.
The role has many of the elements of leading an independent production company, but from within an established agency environment and with the infrastructure and resources of a larger organization behind it.
We’re looking for someone with deep commercial production experience, strong relationships across the Canadian production community, excellent creative judgement and a genuine interest in bringing their experience in-house.
