Job Description
Executive – Private Label
- Identify new product opportunities and categories for private label development
- Source and evaluate suppliers in line with product and quality requirements
- Manage end-to-end product development from concept to launch
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance on product sampling, testing, and evaluations
- Work closely with the Marketing team on packaging development and branding
- Maintain and track critical paths to ensure timely product launches
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Maintain product documentation and development records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or private label/FMCG environment
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Good negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration ability
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of product development processes and quality standards (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
