YOUR ROLE

• Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, consolidate, and analyse information from multiple sources.
• Transform complex operational, delivery, and business data into clear, concise, and impactful executive presentations and reports.
• Develop board-level and leadership materials focused on strategic priorities, business performance, risks, opportunities, and decision-making.
• Create compelling executive narratives that highlight key messages, outcomes, actions, and recommendations.
• Design professional presentations that combine strong storytelling, data visualization, and visual consistency while adhering to corporate branding standards.
• Support governance meetings, leadership reviews, customer engagements, and strategic initiatives through high-quality reporting and communications.
• Synthesize large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information into executive-ready insights tailored to senior audiences.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experienced business professional with a strong background in executive reporting, governance management, stakeholder engagement, and business operations within multinational environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical, operational, and business information into executive-level communications that support leadership decision-making.
• Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and executive presentation development, including storytelling, content structuring, information hierarchy, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience reviewing large datasets, performance metrics, KPIs, operational reports, and strategic initiatives to identify meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced and highly demanding environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and focus executive communications on the information that matters most.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables, consistency of messaging, and alignment with corporate standards.
• Comfortable working independently, managing competing deadlines, and delivering executive-ready outputs with professionalism and accuracy.
