Job Responsibilities

Engaging with outlets to maintain quality standards of category and grow sales volumes through effective merchandising and sales promotion practices
Establish sourcing strategy and annual plans to achieve predefined sales volume targets through effective supplier engagement in ensuring procurement of fresh foods
Develop Sourcing Strategy to ensure that the products are sourced from the right locations at the lowest price to improve Margins
Broaden the supply base to ensure that Keells Super has consistent availability in all fresh food categories
Classify best ways of handling of fresh produce at source location, distribution center and outlets.
Identify mechanism to increase customer count and penetration into the fresh food categories
