
Executive - POS & Store-App Support
Monitor and troubleshoot POS transactions, payment integrations, pricing issues, promotions, loyalty programs, and store operational processes.
Support store users in resolving application-related incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to investigate and resolve application issues.
Assist in implementing, configuring, testing, and rolling out new retail applications and system enhancements.
Support store opening activities, including POS setup, application deployment, user onboarding, and operational readiness testing.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and regression testing for new releases and upgrades.
Maintain application documentation, user guides, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
Support integration points between POS, ERP, inventory management, e-commerce, loyalty, payment gateways, and other retail systems.
Assist in user training and provide operational guidance to store teams.
Ensure application configurations, master data, and user access controls comply with company policies and standards.
Candidate Profile :
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience supporting business applications, POS systems, or retail technology platforms.
Experience with retail operations, supermarket systems, or store applications will be a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of POS systems, self-checkout solutions, inventory management, and retail business processes is preferred.
Familiarity with databases, application troubleshooting, system integrations, and reporting tools.
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to travel to stores and support business operations outside standard working hours when required.
Retail industry experience will be considered a strong advantage.
