Functional (job responsibilities)
Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.
Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.
Attend road shows and etc when required.
To actively promote Credit Card products.
Cross selling other banking products, when required.
Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times.
Comply with bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
Senior & AM to assist in providing training and guidance to new recruits or junior sales executive.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
Participate and display team work in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programmes etc. at all times.
Education/Qualification
Minimum recognized, SPM, Diploma Level or equivalent.
Competency in Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook
Experience
Fresh graduates can apply. However, those with sales experience will be an added advantage.
