The role is accountable for the following Key Performance Areas:


• Administrative & Logistics Coordination
Efficiently plans and coordinates executive schedules, travel arrangements, events, and operational logistics to ensure seamless execution of business activities.

• Meeting Management & Coordination
Organises and facilitates meetings by managing calendars, preparing agendas, coordinating stakeholders, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to support effective decision-making.

• Email & Correspondence Management
Prioritises, drafts, and manages executive communications, ensuring timely responses, professional correspondence, and effective information flow across stakeholders.

• Planning & Organisation
Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills, balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

• Stakeholder Management
Builds and maintains professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring responsive support and a high standard of service.

• Liaise with Finance Expenditure to ensure payments to third party suppliers in relation to expenses of the Executive office.

• Tracking of the budget and payments (budget through PO through to final payment and reflecting in the GL)

• Project Management
Support the administration of legal projects, initiatives, and governance activities by monitoring timelines, organising stakeholder engagements, maintaining project documentation, and following up on deliverables to ensure timely and effective execution of Group Legal and Regulatory objectives.
• Coordinate the organization of social events connected to the Executive office. This includes preparing cost estimates, managing the budgets and coordinating all activities for the success of the programme.

Education:


• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in commerce or business administration.
• Post graduate degree or certification in Business Management/Operations Management, advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and related tools.
• Proficient in social media web platforms.

Experience:


• A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in supporting E and C-Level Executives, in a large multi-national organization
• Demonstrated experience with working on global or multinational projects is advantageous.
• A working knowledge of MTN administration policies and jurisdictions is advantageous.
• Understanding of the MTN OpCo, business and Legal and Regulatory environment is advantageous
• Project Management experience would be advantageous.
