EXECUTIVE - PERSONAL ASSISTANT CUM BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Responsibilities
Manage the director's calendar, appointments, meetings and daily commitments, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, preparation of agendas and supporting documents, and ensuring all required arrangements are in place.
Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards and business updates and assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, feasibility analyses and client-related materials.
Collect, analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks and opportunities.
Support the preparation of business plans, budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
Conduct market, industry and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
Support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, customers, markets and partnerships.
Maintain and track potential leads, opportunities and business development activities, ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders in relation to business development initiatives and prospective opportunities.
Support management in evaluating potential opportunities through financial, operational and market analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support business and strategic decisions.
Assist in tracking strategic projects and initiatives, highlighting progress, delays and areas requiring management attention.
Conduct research and provide relevant information to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
Prepare professional correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf of the senior executive.
Candidate Profile
Professional qualification in Business Management or Degree from a recognized university or institution.
Minimum 03 years work experience in a similar capacity.
Strong interpersonal, Communication skills whilst able to work under pressure.
Should possess good IT skills and ability to work on MS office packages.
