About the role

You will be the point of reference for a C-Level Senior Executive in the organization, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and flawless management in a high-level context. You will be responsible for providing a 360° support, guaranteeing optimal management of daily activities and internal and external relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Agenda and priorities management: Planning and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Travel and logistics organization: Booking, itineraries, and logistical arrangements.
• Communication and liaison: Coordinating communications between the Senior Executive and internal/external stakeholders, filtering information and requests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as EA (Executive Assistant) and PA (Personal Assistant) of a C-Level Senior Executive, preferably in international organizations, private banking, consulting, or similar.
• Excellent command of English, and Spanish (written and spoken). French is a nice to have
• Proficiency in main IT tools (MS Office, digital collaboration tools).
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
