We are looking for a Personal Assistant for part-time engagement to support our leadership in a flexible, remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys a variety of daily tasks, and can manage schedules, communications, and operational support independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings, including reminders and follow-ups

  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics as needed

  • Act as the point of contact for internal team members, clients, and venture funds

  • Handle bookings, travel arrangements, and any logistical needs

  • Communicate and clarify important information between teams and stakeholders

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow

  • Provide administrative support in handling documentation and correspondence

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the leadership team

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling tools, and project management software

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle diverse tasks

  • Experience in dealing with various stakeholders such as clients, team members, and external partners

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
