
Job Purpose
NMIMS CDOE is looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Media Executive to drive lead generation and business growth through digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale performance campaigns across multiple biddable platforms, with a strong understanding of tracking, analytics, optimization, and agency management.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Drive quality lead generation while achieving business KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
Develop full-funnel digital media strategies aligned with business and admission goals.
Continuously optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, landing page insights, and budget allocation.
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities using data-driven insights.
Manage campaign tracking and measurement through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate implementation of events, conversions, and attribution.
Create and maintain performance dashboards and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with the media agency to ensure timely campaign execution, optimization, troubleshooting, and delivery of agreed KPIs.

Requirements- Education & work experience
Google Certification or a Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputable institute will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of working in agency/brand handling online media campaigns work or digital marketing.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Highly data-oriented with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning and digital innovation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
