Executive Pastry Chef
We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and results-driven Executive Pastry Chef to lead and manage our Pastry & Bakery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, innovation, and operational excellence while delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all pastry and bakery operations of the hotel.
Plan, develop, and innovate dessert menus in line with brand standards and guest expectations.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team to achieve operational excellence.
Control food costs, minimize wastage, and manage inventory effectively.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel operational standards.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments for smooth kitchen operations.
