Job Description
An exciting new luxury branded opening is looking for an Exec Pastry Chef.
You will lead pastry production and creative execution for the hotel, with strong focus on luxury afternoon tea, To'ak cacao desserts, chocolate amenities, banquets, viennoiserie, bakery and plated desserts.
The hotel will also have a Chocolatier, but the Exec Pastry Chef must have solid chocolate knowledge and be able to work closely with the chocolate program. European/ French pastry skill background is preferred.
Must have GCC/Middle East experience.
