  • Drive standardisation and consistency across business units to enable scalable and comparable finance processes
  • Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, from business case through to delivery and adoption
  • Translate business requirements into clear priorities, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Track and realise benefits from transformation activity, improving efficiency, control, and output quality
  • Deliver enhanced reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to support decision-making and performance management
  • Improve the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial and operational reporting
  • Enable integrated performance views across planning, reporting, and analysis processes
  • Optimise finance data structures, systems, and workflows to increase reliability and efficiency
  • Deploy automation and analytics solutions to reduce manual effort and enhance insight generation
  • Establish governance frameworks for finance capability changes, including requirements, testing, and controls
  • Ensure strong change management, documentation, and user adoption across initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and data governance standards
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and expectations
  • Build capability across systems, data, reporting, and analytics within the team and wider finance function
  • Foster a culture of innovation, including adoption of AI-assisted workflows across finance and analytics

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience in senior finance partnering roles, with exposure to commercial functions
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape strategic decisions at enterprise level
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, investment analysis, data analytics, and financial systems
  • Strong understanding of reporting, planning, and performance management frameworks
  • Experience driving finance transformation, including systems, processes, and operating model improvements
  • Ability to operate across organisational boundaries with an enterprise-wide mindset
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Collaborative approach to working across Finance, Technology, Data, and business functions
