Job Description

1.    构建公司与事业经营伙伴之间的桥梁,建立良好的合作关系,确保市场充分理解认同公司各类政策,明确业务节奏与目标,激发市场活力并推动整体业务发展。
2.    面向核心销售领导人,设定目标,通过对数据的追踪、整理和分析,识别业务增长点,驱动经营者规模成长及单位绩效增长。
3.    通过萃取不同类型的成功案例,赋能经营者。负责带动伙伴积极参与社群社媒,给予指引和辅导,协助伙伴提高社群社媒运作能力。
4.    探索业务运作模式和业绩增长点,合理利用资源加强外部沟通,拓展增量渠道的可能性。
5.    建立并维护市场的规范化管理,识别并跟进潜在问题,并提供必要的培训和支持。
6.    宣传推进企业文化和价值观,加强伙伴的企业社会责任。
