Executive Operations Analyst
•Prepare executive analyses, dashboards, presentations, and reports to support strategic decision-making. Analyze and synthesize data from multiple systems, transforming information into clear business insights using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
•Coordinate priority projects, executive meetings, action plans, travel logistics, and high-level communications in a fast-paced global environment. Support operational governance, follow-up on commitments, and organizational priorities with high attention to detail.
•Collaborate in executive communications, events, and cross-functional interactions across different regions and stakeholders.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Power BI and systems/data visualization tools. Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and business reporting.
•Experience supporting strategic projects, leadership teams, or business operations is highly valued. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
•Bachelor's degree in administration or related field. Advanced English is mandatory.
