Job Description

  • Experience: Typically requires 1+ years of experience in demo and charge entry, Understanding on WC Claims preferably within a healthcare billing or revenue cycle management environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical billing principles, coding, and revenue cycle management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer software applications.
  • Production: Must meet the production target and quality month on month .
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to demo and charge entry processes.
  • Data Entry: May be required to assist with demo and charge entry tasks.

Qualifications: Graduation in any stream

Experience: BPO Experience: 1-3 years

US Healthcare ; Demo & Charge entry, cash posting experience + calling experience

Communication Skill: Excellent written (documentation) and oral communication skill
