Job Title: Ops & Finance Executive
We are hiring an Ops & Finance Executive on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling both financial and administrative responsibilities to support daily operations effectively.
Manage a full set of accounts, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare audit and tax schedules; liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance.
Apply E-Invoice, SST, and withholding tax regulations to all financial processes.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
Support ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Familiar with E-Invoice, SST, and withholding tax regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
