Job Description

  • Coordinate daily fulfilment operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics) to resolve fulfilment issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report fulfilment KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, turnaround time, delivery performance).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new fulfilment staff.
  • Support system updates and digital transformation initiatives related to fulfilment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in fulfilment, operations, or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fulfilment/order management systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
