About Innovation Economy division

The Innovation Economy division in EDB charts the agency’s vision towards an innovation-led economy by developing strategies to enhance the innovation ecosystem for foreign companies to create new products, services and businesses in Singapore.

[What you will be working on]

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the general administrative needs of the team as required, such as arranging meetings with external and internal parties, scheduling and social activities
• Lead information and knowledge management of the team’s efforts and initiatives
• Manage tracking of grant proposals for industry-public research collaborations
• Support the team’s marketing efforts through event organisation, liaising with stakeholders and logistics support
• Handle, interpret and utilise data via data software tools to support the team’s data analysis needs

[What we are looking for]

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualifications will be an advantage
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in general administration roles
• Skillset in quantitative data analysis (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Python etc.) and marketing will be a plus
• Proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong team player in an agile environment who is versatile and open to learn, explore and experiment
