Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Process and verify credit documentation, facility activation, limit setup, and collateral updates accurately and within stipulated timelines.
2. Handle loan drawdowns, rollovers, settlements, and loan account maintenance in accordance with approved terms, credit approvals, and internal policies.
3. Review credit approvals, legal documentation, and supporting records to ensure completeness and compliance with CIMB policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Maintain proper filing, documentation control, and timely system updates to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
5. Assist in resolving operational issues, documentation gaps, and exceptions.
6. Support business units and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth facility release and issue resolution.
7. Monitor pending items, follow up on outstanding documents, track payment and impairment status, and ensure timely turnaround.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of working experience in banking operations or a related area.
