This role focuses on driving modernization sales within the elevator and vertical transportation segment, targeting both existing and non-contract customers. You will be responsible for identifying upgrade opportunities, proposing tailored modernization solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. The position combines technical understanding, customer engagement, and commercial execution in a highly dynamic field environment. You will work closely with internal teams such as factory operations, construction, and finance to ensure seamless order processing and project execution. This role also requires strong ownership of collections, pipeline management, and sales forecasting. It is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in customer-facing roles and enjoys working in a structured yet target-driven environment.
You will manage modernization sales activities by developing customer relationships, closing deals, and coordinating end-to-end execution of MOD projects.
