Job Description

Routinely visit Customers in the assigned area to sell the responsible products and provide good services to achieve sales targets set by the company and/or clients.

General Responsibilities

  • Visit customers in designated areas regularly to sell products responsibly and provide good service to achieve the sales goals set by the company.
  • Manage sales channels in the pharmacy. (independent drug stores, chain stores) and other stores related
  • Achieve sales goals. Distribution and Marketing
  • Manage space efficiently. By visiting customers regularly according to management analysis and provide customer service and excellent sales
  • Track product delivery. Changing returned products including delivering the wrong product
  • Communicate the features and benefits of responsible products and/or services well.
  • Penetrate the market/establish new distribution channels. as well as observing the market situation Customer financial situation and activities of competitors
  • Support other duties. and organize internal operations to meet customer needs

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
  • Good negotiation Skill
  • Result Oriented
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or related fields is a plus
  • Have your own car and a driver’s license
  • Hard-working / punctual / honest / highly responsible / Ability to work under pressure
  • Have a good attitude and be ready to develop skills along with the team
  • UPC upcountry representatives can work upcountry (22-26 day trips)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related fields.

  • Monthly base salary

  • For upcountry positions, accommodation costs, allowances and company benefits are available.
