Maintenance & Operations
Carry out preventive and corrective (breakdown) maintenance of:
Ship-to-Shore (STS) Cranes
Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Cranes
Rail Mounted Gantry (RMG) Cranes
Fire protection & hydrant systems
Diesel Generator (DG) sets
Air compressors, pumps, and utility systems
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and ensure minimum downtime.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and inspection of rotating equipment.
Planning & Documentation
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain maintenance logs and equipment history records.
Monitor spare parts inventory and raise indents when required.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards.
Follow lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures.
Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
Performance Improvement
Suggest improvements for equipment reliability.
Support breakdown analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in AMC management and cost control.
