Role Purpose
As a core member of the Facility Maintenance Operation Excellence (FMOE) department, you will act as a strategic enabler for our facilities across all sites. You will be responsible for driving the transition from traditional time-based maintenance to a sophisticated Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) framework. This role is not just about "fixing what is broken," but about optimizing life cycle costs, ensuring energy efficiency, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Strategy: Lead the shift toward Predictive and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) for all Mechanical/Electrical assets.
Operational Excellence: Provide technical subject matter expertise to site FM teams to ensure standardized, high-quality maintenance delivery.
Asset Management: Monitor asset health, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures, and oversee critical replacement projects (e.g., pump replacements, cooling systems, or LV/HV distribution).
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs related to system reliability, uptime, and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) optimization.
Energy & Sustainability: Collaborate with the Energy Management Executive to implement energy-saving initiatives within your technical domain.
Contractor Management: Manage specialized vendors and contractors to ensure work is performed to FMOE standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Plant Maintenance, or Operation Excellence.
Technical Skills Mechanical: Deep knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Fire Protection Systems, and Pumping Systems.
Mindset: A forward-thinking approach to maintenance technology (IoT, sensors, and data-driven decision-making).
Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse site teams and translate technical data into actionable management reports.
