We’re hiring a highly organized and execution-focused Executive Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-growing entrepreneurial business across marketing operations, executive support, content coordination, and client communication.
This is not a passive assistant role.

What You’ll Own
Executive & Operational Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and executive coordination
- Support day-to-day operational workflows and project tracking
- Handle inbox management and prioritize urgent communication
- Maintain organized files, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across ongoing projects
Social Media & Content Execution
- Create, schedule, and publish content across:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Online communities
- Manage:
- Comments
- DMs
- Community engagement
- Audience interaction
- Track engagement performance and content consistency
- Help repurpose content into short-form assets and promotional materials
GoHighLevel CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel
- Set up:
- Automations
- Follow-up sequences
- Email campaigns
- Lead nurturing systems
- Maintain CRM hygiene and organized pipeline tracking
- Ensure all lead communication and follow-ups happen on time
Video Editing & Creative Support
- Edit short-form videos for:
- Social media
- Marketing campaigns
- Community engagement
- Create graphics and branded assets using:
- Canva
- Veed
- OpusClips
- Similar tools
- Maintain consistent visual branding across platforms
Research & Lead Generation Support
- Conduct research to build:
- Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
- Prospect lists
- Lead databases
- Organize findings into structured spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Support outreach and marketing initiatives with clean data
Website & Technical Coordination
- Support light website updates and landing page changes
- Assist with:
- Advertising campaign setup
- Technical integrations
- Platform troubleshooting
- Coordinate across tools and systems to keep operations running smoothly
