EXECUTIVE – MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Job Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning
- Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, voice, and messaging across all communication touchpoints
- Support employer branding initiatives and internal brand-building programmes
Content & Digital Marketing
- Manage and update social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and website content
- Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, company milestones, and recruitment goals
- Create engaging content — posts, stories, reels, carousels, newsletters, and thought leadership articles
- Draft press releases, case studies, leadership messages, and corporate communications
- Track website and digital performance metrics and recommend improvements
Paid Campaigns & Analytics
- Create and manage sponsored campaigns, lead generation ads, and brand awareness initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, CPC, CTR, conversions)
- Use insights to continuously refine strategies and optimize ad spend
Events & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Organize and support exhibitions, promotional events, and corporate activations
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, designers, and agencies
- Support sponsorship activities
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
- CIM, SLIM, or equivalent professional qualification (full or partial) is an added advantage
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Communications
- Hands-on experience in social media management and digital campaign execution
- Exposure to brand campaign planning and performance tracking
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); Sinhala proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) and basic video editing are an advantage
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and digital analytics
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities
