As a Marketing Executive, you will be connected in every exciting facet of marketing! This role involves supporting various communication strategies, including planning and executing impactful campaigns and events, brand partnerships, content marketing, and fostering collaborations with relevant stakeholders. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, campaign planning, and marketing efficiency.

What will you do:

  • Identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends to boost brand and product growth as aligned to the company's objectives.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate marketing and communications strategies, events, and activities.
  • Develop campaigns from concept to deployment across all marketing channels, including print, radio, email, digital, SMS, in-person, website and social media.
  • Assist in building, expanding and managing the partnerships, including overseeing all stages of partnership-revenue generation, conversion plan, implementation, rollout, review and improvement plan.
  • Understand and identify key actions to manage the investor lifecycle program - acquisition, education, and retention, by providing market insights and recommendations for strategic planning, reviews, and improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive integrated communication strategies and campaigns end-to-end solutions.
  • Set campaign KPI and measurement metrics to measure campaign success and identify key learnings.
  • Adhere to the regulatory requirements and processes being practiced at all times.
  • To attend to any other ad hoc activities to meet the business objectives when required.

Requirements

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Comm or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services, investment, or SME financing, with strong marketing and business acumen (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and take on expanded responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter.
  • Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills with strong follow through abilities.
  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimising marketing and communications funnels.
  • Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using AI-powered tools for content ideation, copywriting, creative development, campaign planning, and data summarisation to improve speed, creativity, and marketing effectiveness.
