The Credit Risk Profile (CRP) domain is a strategically critical capability, sitting at the intersection of Credit Risk, Business & Institutional Banking, Customer Data, and Regulatory Reporting.

We’re looking for an Executive Manager–level Product Owner to establish and lead this domain, ensuring the Group has a trusted, governed, and optimised view of credit risk hierarchies and critical attributes used across lending, decisioning, and regulatory processes.

Within the Chief OperationsOffice(COO), the Customer DataServicesCrewis responsible forestablishingthe Group’s core data mastery capabilities.

We are evolving towards a multi-mastery model, where Customer, Product and Credit Risk Profileservice domainswork together to form atrusted andconnected ecosystem poweringAI enabled and highlycontextualisedcustomer data and insights.Credit Risk Profileis a newand critical pillar in this model.

Whatyou’llbe doing:

You will lead the establishment and evolution of the Credit Risk Profileservicedomain, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment, productvisionand ensuring the domain supports complex credit risk processes and regulatory requirements.

  • Define and lead the product vision,goalsand roadmap for the Credit Risk Profile domain
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Credit Risk, BusinessBankingand Institutional Banking
  • Ensure the domain supports credit riskhierarchies,processes, regulatoryreportingand capital outcomes
  • Navigate complexorganisationaldependencies and legacy practices to drive alignment and adoption
  • Act as the voice of the business and risk stakeholders for the squad
  • Lead delivery of change while balancing risk,complianceand business value
  • Partner with technical leads to deliver scalable domain,APIand data capabilities
  • Drive adoption and transition from legacy identifiers and models

  • Have strong experience working with Credit Risk,lendingor regulatory domains
  • Demonstrateexceptional stakeholder management at senior and executive levels
  • Can influence and align diverse stakeholders in complex environments
  • Bring strong product thinking and strategic mindset
  • Have experience delivering cross-domain or enterprise initiatives
  • Understand data concepts and platforms (MDM, APIs, data products), though deep technical expertise is notrequired
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping new domains
  • Can balance business,riskand delivery priorities effectively
