[What the role is]

The Corporate Excellence Department, Organisation Development (OD) Branch supports NEA’s transformation through organisation development, change management and interventions. We do so by providing assessments and diagnostics, organisation development programmes, as well as consultancy and advisory services to internal stakeholders in organisation development. Through these and our partnerships with internal stakeholders, we aim to develop effective leaders, engaged employees, high performing teams, and a future-ready NEA.
The role is designed to be broad-based, with the successful candidate focusing on one or more areas in the Branch, depending on organisational priorities and the officer’s experience. The officer will partner leaders across NEA to diagnose, design and implement organisation development interventions that strengthen NEA’s organisational health, culture and effectiveness.

[What you will be working on]

• Designing and delivering leadership engagement platforms to strengthen leadership alignment and organisational effectiveness.
• Driving culture and values embedment through organisational systems, leadership engagement, communications and change initiatives.
• Conducting organisational diagnostics and analysing workforce data to generate insights and inform interventions.
• Designing and facilitating organisation development, team effectiveness and change interventions with organisation-wide impact.
• Building leadership, change and organisation development capabilities through facilitation, training and consultancy.
• Partnering stakeholders to enhance organisational health outcomes, team effectiveness and employee experience.
• Providing trusted advisory and consultancy support on organisational diagnosis, intervention design, change management and related OD matters.

[What we are looking for]

The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:

• At least 2–5 years of relevant working experience, with a strong interest in organisation development and change management.
• Experience in organisation development, change management, organisational diagnostics, facilitation, stakeholder engagement or internal consulting would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful interventions.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and partner leaders and teams across the organisation.
• Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness and adaptability, with a strong sense of ownership, teamwork and drive to deliver outcomes.
• Organised and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
