A bit about your role
As the Executive Manager Field Business Operations, you will lead the evolution of business operations across FieldRegions,uplifting commercial capability, andbringing strategy to life through thoughtful planning, governance, and performance enablement. You will translate enterprise priorities into an integrated operational roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams while creating clarity around goals, performance, and outcomes over a one to three-year horizon
You will design and embed frameworks that support operational excellence, balancing performance, risk, compliance, and workforce planning to enable consistent, high-quality delivery. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will lead transformation initiatives that uplift efficiency, enhance engagement, and improve the overall experience for both employees and customers.
Through meaningful collaboration and inclusive leadership, you will foster alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, creating a shared sense of ownership and purpose. Your ability to simplify complexity and connect people, processes, and priorities will enable Field Services tooperatewith confidence, adaptability, and resilience.
