What’s the role?
As Executive Manager, DDAI Oversight, you’ll provide independent 2nd Line risk oversight, insight, and challenge across Data, Digital, and AI (DDAI) initiatives. You’ll assess and monitor material risks in projects, product launches, and business changes, ensuring risk management is embedded and aligned to Westpac’s Three Lines of Defence model.
You’ll drive thematic reviews, support risk culture uplift, and deliver risk insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums. This role partners closely with 1st Line Business Controls & Monitoring teams, attends key steering committees, and contributes to senior management reporting and risk committee outputs.
This is a Permanent fulltime Sydney‑based role, with flexible work options (3 days in office)
