How will I help?
As Executive Manager,Business Governance, Resilience and Third-Party Management, you will lead the governance framework supporting business risk, operational resilience and third party risk across the region. Working closely with business leaders, Risk partners and Group stakeholders, you will help ensure the Americas business operates within a robust and sustainable control environment while meeting regulatory obligations and supporting strategic growth objectives.
You will be responsible for driving governance effectiveness, enhancing risk transparency and strengthening resilience across critical services and external dependencies. This includes translating regulatory requirements into practical outcomes, providing executive level risk insights and influencing decision making across a complex stakeholder environment.
This role offers significant exposure to senior leaders across the Americas and Group, providing the opportunity to shape risk governance practices and contribute to the continued growth of Westpac's international business.

This is a broad and visible leadership role with responsibility across operational risk governance, operational resilience and third party risk management for the Americas region. You will work closely with senior executives, Risk leaders and Group stakeholders, providing the opportunity to influence strategic decision making, strengthen regulatory engagement and shape the future risk framework for the region.

Fixed compensation range for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000 plus bonus.
